At Alkaram, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Alkaram account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
